• In cases of customs delays or order retention by the Federal Revenue Service, the release time will not be counted within the delivery timeframe.

• The tracking number will be sent via email within 1 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

• If the purchase is made via bank slip (boleto), the clearing period may take up to an additional 5 business days.

Delays and Support

• If your order exceeds the stipulated deadline, we recommend that you contact the postal service or courier responsible to verify the reason for the delay.

• If the postal service confirms that they no longer have the package in their possession, contact us immediately.

• After verifying with our distributors, if a logistics issue is confirmed, we will provide a FULL refund of the amount paid immediately.
